LED Pollution Display Boards

We offer end to end solutions for displaying Pollution displays:

1.   The Data can be read Directly from A2D converters connected to Sensors.

2.   The Data can be read from an EXCEL File periodically.
The Data can be read from an a Web service (Website) that has the pollution data.

3.   We can display any number of parameters in either a templates board (Labels are printed) on in a general purpose LED board where the Labels are also displayed in the LED Display.

4.   The hardware can be built to any specification, from ruggedness to Water and Tamper resistance etc like IP65.

5.   The Boards can be driven using RS422 / RS485 or Ethernet / Wifi.

6.   The units can also be controlled remotely using a GPRS/3G Data Terminal Unit.

7.   We offer Red, Red+Green or Full Color boards.

8.   Our solution also includes the software for driving the boards with minimal human intervention. The software is written to be easy and intuitive to use.

Models

 Note:

1. Colors:

   1. Single color boards RED, YELLOW

   2. Two color boards  - This can display in RED, GREEN and YELLOW color

   3. Full Color Boards  Text can be displayed in Multi color

   4. Cost for RED is lowest and other cost for other colors will be higher.

2. Cabinet:

   1. The size of the cabinet will be larger than the size of the Display Area

   2. Cabinet is made from Aluminum profiles

   3. Mounting provision will be provided appropriately

3. Viewing:

   1. The display will have a wide viewing angle

   2. Brightness is adjustable from PC software for ideal viewing

   3. Optional Auto Brightness via Sensor.

4. Communication Interface:

   1. The LED board is supplied along with PC software

   2. PC software is simple to install and easy to use

   3. Interface available is RS232 / RS485 / LAN

   4. You have to wire the LED board to your PC using standard communication cable. 15 meters cable for RS232/RS485 is supplied along with the board.

   5. Connect to nearest LAN hub for Network access.

5. Working:

   1. Install the LED board

   2. Connect to a 230V Input power source- standard. (Optional 110V AC, 24V DC etc)

   3. Connect to your PC via RS232 / RS485 or LAN

   4. Install the PC software in your PC

   5. Open the Software and start using.

   6. Language support Our PC software and LED board support all Languages.
